Having worked in large corporates and agencies, Sue and Fran were introduced when working for a Management Consultancy. They soon discovered symbiotic skill sets and that together could support client businesses in an agile and creative way, putting the consumer at the heart of the user experience.
As co-founders, Fran and Sue challenge preconceived ideas, working with clients to find the potential to maximise customer engagement and retention. Their mission together is to improve the customer experience, whilst ensuring commercial sustainability.
Sue brings a creative, can do approach to research design and loves delving into the minds of consumers to understand their world. Sue has her best ideas when taking Henry dog and new puppy Winnie for long muddy walks.
Fran loves all things statistical, blending the qualitative with the quantitative, constantly questioning the status quo. She has light bulb moments for client projects on her early morning runs and takes part Parkrun’s, marathons and Tough Mudder’s!
