Having worked in large corporates and agencies, Sue and Fran were introduced when working for an international Management Consultancy. They soon discovered symbiotic skill sets and that together they could support businesses in an agile and creative way, putting the consumer at the heart of the user experience.
Fran and Sue are passionate about their work. They love learning and getting to know client businesses, challenging preconceived ideas, working with clients to identify the potential that maximises customer engagement and retention. Their mission together is to improve their client's customer experience, whilst ensuring commercial sustainability.
Sue brings a creative, can do approach to research design and loves delving into the minds of consumers to understand their world. Sue loves a challenge and has her best ideas when taking her dogs Henry and Winnie for long muddy walks.
Fran loves all things statistical, blending the qualitative with the quantitative, constantly questioning the status quo. She has light bulb moments on her early morning runs and takes part in marathons and Tough Mudders!
