NLP with brands, people and teams

Compass use NLP with brands, people and teams in business and marketing and as researchers we use the three skills of NLP constantly, but the benefit of attending the MRS NLP course in October was to stretch our expertise and refocus on the formality fo their use within our skill set:

Neuro refers to how the mind and body interact

Linguistic refers to the insights into a person’s thinking that can be obtained by careful attention to their use of language

Programming refers, not to the activity of programming, but to the study of the thinking and behavioural patterns or ‘programmes’ which people use in their daily lives   

We attended the MRS course Irresistible Interviewing using NLP; Using NLP to gain even more from your moderating. This was a fascinating and quite intimate course, which enabled each participant to role play and learn skills relevant to their role in research.

Interviewing and communication skills are the heart of our art and we need to add to as well as refine them throughout our careers. This one day interactive workshop offered the opportunity to raise our professional game using the NLP-modelled interactive skills of some of the UK’s top qualitative researchers. It has enabled us to widen our choices, freshen our perspectives and achieve consistently exceptional results

The course enabled us to:
